| Do I need a special soap to wash cat pee from a feather comforter? |
I just came back from a 5 day trip to find that someone let cats into my bedroom while I was away and now my bed smells like cat urine.
I've got my sheets and duvet cover in the wash, but I'm not sur... |
soak it w/ the homemade cat pee odor remover you can make from baking soda & hydrogen peroxide. It's the only thing that really truly works outside of paying $5-$10 for the kind at the store.

The feathers are coming right through the weave of the fabric ... there's nothing you can do to prevent that, because the fabric on the comforter is not a tight-enough weave.

MomMom8 is right. Just so you can tell the difference, a featherbed is much heavier and denser than a comforter; you would not want to lay underneath it as you would a comforter. Also the featherbed... |
